"D" License Fee  $135.00 for ASA registered candidates and $165.00 for applicants who are not registered with ASA for the current seasonal year.

The D Course will run 2 weekends approx. 6 months apart.  There will be assignments to be completed during that period of time.

You must have an "E" license and have held that license for one year.  If you haven’t had your ’E" license that long, you must contact the State DOC for permission to take the course. 

You must contact the state office with your "E" license number (if received in AL) or if licensed elsewhere, you must fax or email a copy to the office  Fax 205-991-3726  email to martha@alabamayouthsoccer.org.

Refund Policy All candidates who withdraw from a course are subject to the following restrictions: No refunds. However, the fee paid will roll over to the next available course, if taken within one year.
