SUMMARY
This class is held over two weekends.
Dec. 3-5 and 11-12, 2010.
DESCRIPTION:The National Youth License focuses on the development of children and the adjustments that adult coaches must make to be effective coaches.All coaches and administrators involved with youth soccer will benefit greatly from the knowledge gained from attending this national license. Please note that all Division 1 and Division 2 clubs must have at least one active coach that holds this license by January 2011.Please be mindful that this is a License and as such is testable.If your club sends only one coach you are dependant on he/she passing.
REGISTRATION: Online Registration will not be available for this course. You must print the attached instructions and application and return the
APPLICATION with your check or credit card information.
You must submit
1. Completed Application and payment for course and hotel room(if needed)
2. A copy of your D license.
3. A passport photo. or other small photo.

Course Prerequisite: Candidates should be at least 18 years of age and hold a minimum of the D license (state or national D). Anyone wishing to take this course who does not have a "D" license receive approval from the State Director of Coaching, Gwynne Williams.
Dates: Course will be held from December 3rd weekend and Dec 11th weekend.
Times: Check in begins at 5.30 PM on December 3rd, run 8 to 5 on Sat 4th and 11th and 8 to 4 on Sun the 5th and 12th.
Place: Montgomery YMCA Soccer Complex. Classroom sessions will be held at the Host Hotel-- Courtyard by Marriott.
Course Fee: $500 for AYSA/USYSA members, $600 for non-members.Alabama coaches please note that you will be granted a $100 rebate upon successful completion of the course. The cost of hotel is additional. Please see below regarding rates. Any coach who withdraws will receive a refund of amount paid less $100.00.
Accommodation/Meals: The host hotel is the “Courtyard by Marriott”Meals are not provided. Breakfast is served at the hotel and there are a number of restaurants in the local vicinity.

We have worked with the host hotel to provide a very reasonable room rate.This rate is $76.00 per night. This rate is good for double occupancy (two queen beds) or single occupancy (one king bed). If you share the room with another candidate the fee per candidate would be $38.00 per night each. Should you require hotel accommodation please complete the accommodation section of the application form, and include the fee with your application fee. You will only receive this rate if you make your reservations through us.
