Requirements for any tournament requesting sanction from AYSA.

The "Permission to Host" and "Hosting agreement" must be completed and submitted to the AYSA office and must include the information on the Referee Assignor.   A $250.00 bond must accompany the paperwork.   The completed application will be submitted to the Board for approval and the club/tournament  will be notified  by email if approved. At that point it will also be added to the website.

Following the tournament the "Post tournament report" must be sent in to the AYSA office within 30 days and must include a $5.00 fee per team.  On timely receipt of this report the bond will be mailed back to the tournament/club.  If the club/tournament fails to send in the "post tournament" report in 30 days, the BOND is forfeit.
