6 Alabama Girls ODP players in the age groups of 1991’s and 1992’s have ventured to Fortuna Hjorring in Denmark this summer to experience the culture and life of an elite European youth soccer player within a professional club’s academy system. The goal is for the players to “become” a Danish player during their stay. Our players arrived on July 16th  before the start of the Dana Cup- the largest girls European youth tournament with 900 teams- and return on July 27th. Our players will train and guest play on the Fortuna Hjorring youth teams in the Dana Cup. Some players may have the opportunity to train with their professional women’s team.
