If your team is playing up an age group and not your own, then you will need to report to the scheduled age group in which you are playing.
ONLY ONE TEAM REPRESENTATIVE PER AGE GROUP ALLOWED. IF NO ADMIN IS PRESENT THEN YOUR TEAM WILL TAKE WHATEVER SCHEDULE IS GIVEN AND EACH DATE CHANGE AFTER THE DAY OF SCHEDULING IS $75 CHANGE FEE.
League play begins: August 16, 2008
Last day of league play: October 22, 2008
Rain out dates: October 23,2008 - October 25, 2008
Standings Close: October 26, 2008
NEW INFO: If a RAIN OUT game date cannot made be mutually agreed upon between the two teams within the time frame set out in the AYSA rules and regulations then AYSA will automatically schedule the rain out game during the rain out dates and games must be played as scheduled. NO tournaments should be scheduled during the rain out dates.
NEW INFO: DIVISION II TEAMS ONLY CAN NOW PLAY 2 GAMES IN ONE DAY U11-U19 WHEN TRAVELLING OUTSIDE YOUR LOCAL ARE WITH A MAXIMUM OF 2 GAMES PER WEEKEND.
For coaches who coach multiple teams: No requests for scheduling around coaches schedules will be granted. PLEASE DO NOT ASK…
Please check the website for referee fees listed under State League tab of website. Each team will pay for 4 home matches except for RIII teams which will pay for 2 home matches. All referee fees must be paid either prior to the scheduling meeting or prior to entering the scheduling meeting. NO team will be allowed to schedule matches without paying for referee fees. DO NOT MAIL FEE the week of the meeting as we may not receive them and you will be expected to pay at the door.
Games time will be stacked to utilize referees on each date games are scheduled. You may or may not play your home matches at your home fields.
We do not mind managers asking for morning or afternoon match times however you may or may not receive your request. THEY ARE NOT GUARANTEED
