May 10, 2011 - AYSA Office - 10am - 4pm

May 11, 2011 - Jack Allen Park - Decatur - 6pm-8pm

May 13, 2011- Jack Allen Park - Decatur - 4pm - 9pm

ITEMS THAT NEED TO BE PRESENTED AT CHECKIN:


An official 2010-2011 State Approved AYSA roster- will be provided to you at check in by AYSA
Valid 2010-2011 laminated player passes (which include signature and photo of player attached)
Valid 2010-2011 coaches passes also laminated with a picture and signature for each rostered coach (ONLY FOUR CARDED ADULTS ARE ALLOWED ON THE SIDELINES WHETHER IT IS MANAGERS/COACHES)
Medical Release form for each player on roster

WEEKEND PARKING PASSES
$10 P/CAR $25 P/RV
(AVAILABLE AT EACH SITE AND AT TEAM CHECK IN)
