An official 2010-2011 State Approved AYSA roster- will be provided to you at check in by AYSA
Valid 2010-2011 laminated player passes (which include signature and photo of player attached)
Valid 2010-2011 coaches passes also laminated with a picture and signature for each rostered coach (ONLY FOUR CARDED ADULTS ARE ALLOWED ON THE SIDELINES WHETHER IT IS MANAGERS/COACHES)
Medical Release form for each player on roster
WEEKEND PARKING PASSES
